The fitness program offers a range of activities designed to keep participants active, improve strength, flexibility, and endurance, and build self-confidence. The classes are adaptable to all fitness levels and provide a safe, supportive environment where individuals can improve their physical health while having fun. From stretching exercises to light cardio, the goal is to make fitness enjoyable and accessible for everyone.

Every Monday and Wednesday, 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
