In this hands-on cooking program, participants learn valuable cooking skills, from basic food preparation to more advanced techniques. The focus is on fostering independence in the kitchen, allowing individuals to gain confidence in meal planning, cooking, and cleaning up. Whether making simple snacks or preparing full meals, the program is designed to teach both culinary and life skills. Participants will also have the opportunity to explore new flavors, try out different recipes, and develop a love for cooking.
