Hi! I’m Jasmine, a passionate artist and craft enthusiast. For as long as I can remember, arts and crafts have been my creative outlet. I love transforming simple materials into meaningful art pieces, whether through painting, clay making, or exploring various crafting techniques.
I bring a strong sense of creativity and a collaborative spirit to any project. My experience in crafting allows me to lead workshops, share my knowledge, and foster a supportive environment where everyone can explore their artistic potential.
At TWACD, I aim to inspire and engage our members, helping to create a vibrant community that celebrates creativity, craftsmanship, and, most importantly, fun! Let’s connect, create, and let loose together!
Hi! I’m Mei, a professional dancer, theatre artist and an ADAPT certified dance teacher with a passion for music theatre. I use my experience in professional musical theatre to create a unique environment where storytelling meets movement. I believe that dance is a language that allows your soul to express itself, and I am so happy to be sharing my passion with everyone at TWACD! My training includes Quinte Ballet School of Canada and St Lawrence College Music Theatre Program. With the right technique, dance can be a very safe and fun way to exercise for everyone! Through my classes, I hope to bring joy, positivity, creativity, physical and mental wellness, sense of community, and so many more goodies into everyone’s lives. Can’t wait to groove with you!

Hello! I’m Luis, a chef with 16 years of experience in the culinary industry and the privilege of working at Trinity Common for the past 4 years. Originally from Chile, I studied Culinary Administration at the University of Valparaíso, where I developed a deep appreciation for the art and science of cooking. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to refine my skills in a variety of culinary settings, but my passion for food and creativity has remained constant.
Joining TWACD has been an exciting and motivating experience. I’m inspired by the energy, enthusiasm, and commitment to improvement shown by the participants in our workshops. Being part of this initiative has provided me with a fresh perspective and the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally. I’m excited to share my knowledge and experience with others, as well as learn from the incredible people involved in this project. My goal is to continue expanding my culinary horizons while contributing to a positive and supportive environment where we can all grow together. Let’s explore the possibilities of food, creativity, and community in a way that inspires and motivates everyone to reach their potential!
Hello! I’m Janna, an art-based facilitator passionate about the power of creative expression to support healing, connection, and transformation. My art practice explores how memory and trauma are carried in the body, and how slow, intuitive art-making can help bring these stories into form. Working with embroidery, mixed media, moving image, and poetry, I give shape to embodied narratives through processes that are both gentle and deeply intentional.
At TWACD, I help to create an environment that is inclusive, neurodiversity-affirming, and rooted in emotional safety. I bring a trauma-informed, relational approach to everything I do, grounded in deep listening and care. I hold an honours B.A. in English, an M.A. in Critical Disability Studies, and currently completing a post-graduate diploma in Art Therapy at the Toronto Art Therapy Institute.
In addition to my work with TWACD, I support students in the public school system, offering emotional care through creative collaboration and the building of safe, supportive spaces. I believe in the quiet strength of art, the importance of presence, and the power of being truly seen. I’m grateful to be part of a community where we can come together, share stories, and create with purpose.

Dear Friends and Supporters,
As the founder of Together We All Can Do, I am filled with gratitude and hope as I share our vision and mission with you. This organization was born out of a deep commitment to creating a world where individuals with developmental disabilities are supported, empowered, and encouraged to live fulfilling lives. For too long, society has overlooked the unique gifts and potential of those with developmental disabilities. Our journey began with the understanding that every person deserves the opportunity to thrive, to have their voice heard, and to participate fully in their communities.
At Together We All Can Do, we focus on providing resources, education and community support that help individuals achieve their fullest potential. Our programs are designed to foster independence, promote inclusion, and build a network of understanding and support for individuals and their families. As we look to the future, our team remains dedicated to working collaboratively with caregivers, social workers, and other professionals to advocating for the rights and dignity of individuals with developmental disabilities. We will continue to challenge societal perceptions, break down barriers, and work tirelessly to ensure that every individual has access to the opportunities they deserve.
I invite you to join us on this journey. Together, we can create a brighter, more inclusive future for all. Thank you for believing in our mission and for standing with us in solidarity.
